Kindley Air Force Base Bermuda

Anybody remember doing any TDY at Kindley Air Force Base, Bermuda ?
It was like a Vacation with the Air Force paying for it!
Or doing work up on the hill at the Antenna Farm behind the WAF barracks
Or looking/trying to look into the rear of the WAF barracks where the showers were ?
Anybody remember "Keep Kindley Klean" ?
Anybody remember Sgt. Rocky Stinette ?
Or Sgt. Reed who smoked those evel smelling Parodi Cigars that looked like little tree limbs.
Or Sneaking into Midnight Chow for some SOS and Sausage and Eggs
I remember the first day that we were there,we got called up on the carpet for whistling at some women on base!
I remember keeping them busy at the Airman's Club, you could buy all the liquor that you wanted.
I think Crown Royal was $8 per bottle and Vodka was about $2 a bottle
We used to listen every Night to the Pirate Station "Radio Caroline" from England and WINS of WINS in New York!
We used to go down stairs and play the "Slot Machines" all night
Those were the GEEIA days!

I was at the 2860th 1963-1965. Went to Kindley once, but don't remember the exact dates. Got copies of all my TDY orders someplace. Had a great time. I remember the only dessert the chow hall knew how to make was bread pudding. Got pictures somewhere. Came from the 2874th.
