Hi Roger, Lee Henderson here. I don't know if you will remember me but we took a couple of trips to Turkey in 1962-63 time frame. I was with the 2872nd from July 62 to april 63, in 63 I requested a transfer to a comm. sq. to get back in my AFSC (GCA repair). Checking out some of your photos I reconized some of the faces mainly John Hutchinson, any idea what ever became of Hutch? I have some shots of the base at Cigil (sp) and when we stayed at the Atlas hotel in Izmir. Who knows maybe some of the other guys will see this note.

Hey Lee. My name is Leo Pickard and I was stationed at Torrejon during your assignment. I arrived there in April of 1961 and came home in Jan of 1964. Were you inside or outside plant? I was in teletype maint with a guy named Oliver Brown and later T/SGT Grady Wimberly. I can't place your face. Who was your roommates? I roomed with Frank Campbell and Ron Phillips. Recently I met with Roger Wyatt , who lives near me in St Pete Fl. We had a good chat about Torrejon and all of the guys and shared memories with our photos.

Tom, I do not know where Ssgt Erwin Donnell is , but I have a picture of him and some of his buddys shooting craps in their room. I was there from April 61 to Jan 64. I roomed with Frank Campbell and Ron Phillips. Spent mucho months in Turkey. I felt like a Turk when I came home.
