HELP! Do you remember using Trichloroethylene (TCE)?

Postby Grobmeier, James » January 15th, 2020, 4:29 am

Do you remember using Trichloroethylene (TCE) while stationed with the 2875 Geeia or 1837 EIS during the periods of 1968-1972?
We use to issue this item out of the Support Branch to individuals going TDY or for in house use.
TCE was used as a powerful degreaser and corrosion control for machinery parts , tools, Electronic test equipment and installed electronic items .

If you remember using this product I need a "Buddy Statement" for the VA claim that I have in for my Parkinson Disease.
You can send a short statement about the fact that you used it during this time frame to jrgrobmeier@yahoo.com

Also if you have some medical problems that might be related to TCE a good starting point on your research is:
